Every Paws Dream Travel portrait is custom-created specifically for your pet. Because each portrait is individually designed, production times differ from those of mass-produced products.
 

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Step 1: Place Your Order

Submit your order along with your pet's photo and destination selection.

Step 2: Photo Review

Your photo will be reviewed to ensure it provides sufficient detail for creating a high-quality portrait. If additional photos are needed, we will contact you.

Step 3: Artwork Creation

Your custom portrait is carefully created using the photo and destination you selected.

Step 4: Proof Review

A proof of your portrait will be provided for your review within 1 to 2 days. Minor revisions may be requested during this stage. Up to two rounds of minor revisions are included.

Step 5: Approval & Final Production

Once you approve your portrait, it will be printed and prepared for shipment within 48 hours, and shipped the following business day.

Step 6: Shipping (US shipping only)

Your completed portrait is carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided during checkout. Delivery is typically within 7 days after shipment.

Artwork Creation:
Once proof is approved, your portrait will be printed and prepared for shipment within 48 hours and shipped the next business day.

Depends on customer response time and requested revisions.

TOTAL DELIVERY TIME

Most orders are completed and delivered within approximately 2 weeks from the date of purchase. Please note that production and shipping times may vary during holidays, severe weather events, or periods of unusually high demand.
 

PHOTO REQUIREMENTS

For the best results, please submit photos that are:

• Clear and in focus
• Well lit
• Taken at eye level whenever possible
• Free of heavy filters
• Large enough to show facial details clearly
